Personality: Incredibly perverted, preys on teenagers.
History: Bob was born in a crackhouse in Tenesse, where they used the song lyrics he used to write as tiolet paper. When he left the crack house in Tenesse, the social security agents molested him. He was only ten. When he grew older, he never got any girls, lost most his hair, and is now in a group called the "Ped-E-philes", and online pedophile group. Even though you'd think the FBI would check his background, they couldn't find his history. Since they were desperate for people, they let him in. His first case is at WPA, looking for children selling drugs. What the FBI doesnt know is that he still wants to molest them, and he intends to do just that.
