Troy was born in Canada. But at an early age, he moved off to Romania, with his parents. After about five years in Romania, he moved on to Austria. He lived to Austria, going through the grades, perfectly. He recieved almost no other grades, besides As. He eventually moved to the US. When he moved off to the US, his parents put him in West Pacific Academy, so he could have an eduqcation. He has almost had no terrible grades, with that.
